Daussiny has developed there own the pillow plate laser welding machine / dimple jacket machine with 12 Years of experiance in the laserwelding and pillowplate bussines.

In cooperation with first class suppliers and the best lasersource in the world, it was possible to estimate a realiable production machine.

the maximum dimensions of the plate through the machine is: 2.000 x 12.000 mm.

The material thickness can be from 0.5 to 4 mm topplate.

New development: 2010 a 2 head machine is built and producing.
