Laser welded Pillowplate
Daussiny’s Pillow plate Product line can be divided in two groups: The so called Single Embossed and the Double Embossed Pillow plate. The Single Embossed Pillow plate has one inflated side and one flat side. The Double Embossed shows a inflated structure on both sides.
The choice between Single Embossed and Double Embossed is usually given by the application of the Pillow plate;
Single Embossed Pillow plates are used for storage tanks and process vessels where the inside is flat.
Double Embossed Pillow plates are often used in submerged applications such as heat exchangers.
